Electricity tariffs

Electricity will be charged at metered rate and payment due at the end of your holiday.

Burner Logs

Wood and kindling are provided free of charge for your first 2 nights.

Wood is available on site if required. Additional wood can be provided at a cost of £10.00 per basket or £40.00 for the remainder of the 1st week and £55.00 for each additional week. Alternatively you may purchase your own wood from a number of local outlets.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your stay, we ask for a £150 deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due six weeks before your arrival. If you’re booking within six weeks of your stay, the full amount is payable when you book.

Please note: deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you need to cancel or change your dates, subject to applicable consumer law. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you’ll receive a full refund of any payments made.

We recommend taking out travel insurance, just in case your plans change unexpectedly.
